  • Can I make changes to my order?

    If you made a mistake and it’s within 24 hour of you placing the order, we may be able to squeeze in small changes, send us an email. Later or larger changes such as a change in product, are more complex and cannot be guaranteed.

  • What are processing times?

    When we say “made with love”, we really mean it. Our processing times refer to the time it takes to bring your order to life. Each product is designed, printed, packaged and sent by us, so you can be assured it’s handled with care.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Short answer is yes! Long answer is to most locations. Shipping costs to international destinations vary so make sure to confirm all our details when you checkout. Please allow extra delivery time when sending outside of Australia.

  • Do you accept exchanges or returns?

    As our products are made for you, we cannot offer exchanges. However, if you are not 100% happy or if there has been an error in your order, please contact us and we will find the best solution to rectify it.

  • Can I request a specific party theme for your Party Bundle?

    Throwing a party but your theme isn’t available? Let’s work together! Send us an email with what you are envisioning and we can organise custom products. Please note this may incur an extra charge as it is bespoke.

  • Do you have an in-person store?

    At the moment, no but who knows what the future holds! All our orders and products are done in our home studio with the help of some amazing partner companies. If this changes, we will ensure all our amazing customers know!
